Who are your video editors and designers?
Save Point Media is entirely Canadian owned and operated by a team of experienced and talented video editors and graphic designers who have been in the industry for 15 plus years.
Do you use A.I.?
Only if you want us to!
What software and A.I. tools do you use?
We primarily use the Adobe Creative Suite. For generative imagery or video we use Adobe Firefly and Veo by Google. For A.I. generated voice over we use Murf.ai.
What stock and royalty free music libraries do you use?
We have accounts with Artgrid.io and Motion Array.
Do I get my project files?
Yep, no worries there.
Can you work with templates I provide?
Yep, no worries there.
Do you work on partial edits or help with assistant editing?
Yep, no worries there.
What languages do you work in?
English but with French versioning capability.
How do I make requests?
Once you've paid for your subscription plan you will receive an e-mail with login details to your Save Point Media Trello board. Clear instructions and how to videos will be posted there for how to set up your priority queue and make requests.
Is there a limit to the number of video, motion graphic or design requests I can make?
Nope! You can submit as many video, motion graphics and/or design tasks as you like! When you submit your tasks a priority queue will be created which you'll be able to adjust. We'll work on your tasks in the priority you set, one task at a time. Once a task is finished, we'll move onto the next task in the priority queue.
If you have multiple tasks that need to be completed at the same time and are of equal priority, purchase an additional monthly subscription per task.
How much video footage can I upload?
A Dropbox request link will be shared in your Trello board. You may upload 250GB at a time via Dropbox request links or send video footage via any file transfer service of your choice. Keep in mind that the work won't start until we've downloaded all the footage on our side. We encourage the use of proxies.
How fast will I receive my 1st cut of video or 1st draft of designs?
Exact turnaround times are dependent on the complexity of your request.
How fast will I receive revised work?
Exact revision turnaround times are dependent on the complexity of your requests.
What if I don’t like the work?
We’ll keep tweaking and tinkering until you do!
Do you provide full or partial refunds if I don’t like the service?
Due to the high quality nature of our work, we do not offer any form of refund.
What are your operating hours and holiday closures?
Our operating hours are Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (EST).
